The Opportunity You will serve as a pivotal field leader, directing the daily operations of concrete crews on high-stakes civil and commercial projects. How You Will Make An Impact

• Supervise and lead specialized concrete crews to ensure the highest quality of project delivery.
• Coordinate daily jobsite activities and delegate crew assignments to maintain strict project timelines.
• Interpret complex blueprints and construction plans to guide precise forming and pouring procedures.
• Enforce rigorous company safety standards and OSHA compliance to protect every team member on-site.
• Execute daily field reports and documentation to provide full transparency to project stakeholders.
• Mentor and train junior crew members to elevate the team's technical proficiency and workmanship.
• Resolve real-time logistical and technical obstacles to prevent delays in the construction schedule.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum of 3 years of leadership experience specifically within concrete construction.
• Proven ability to read and interpret detailed construction drawings and specifications.
• Deep technical understanding of concrete forming, finishing, and curing techniques.
• Strong communication skills and the organizational ability to manage field documentation.
• Absolute willingness to travel to various project assignments as required by the business.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience

• Demonstrated experience in commercial, civil, or federal sitework projects.
• Prior experience conducting formal safety meetings and toolbox talks.
• Advanced knowledge of equipment coordination and subcontractor management.
