What You’ll Lead:

• Full lifecycle oversight of large‑scale Ground‑Up Data Center electrical projects
• Strategic leadership across PMs, Senior PMs, Superintendents, Senior Supers, and General Supers
• Financial strategy: forecasting, cost control, margin protection, and executive reporting
• Client relationships, contract negotiations, and high‑level coordination
• Fast‑track scheduling, manpower planning, and multi‑project oversight
• Commissioning, QA/QC, and turnover for complex mission‑critical systems

What You Bring:

• 10+ years of electrical construction leadership experience
• Proven success overseeing Ground‑Up Data Center projects
• Strong financial leadership, contract management, and executive‑level communication
• Ability to lead PMs, Supers, and large field teams with clarity and confidence
• Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, BIM 360, and Microsoft Office
• A decisive, strategic, solutions‑driven leadership style
• A passion for building mission‑critical projects and developing high‑performing teams
