TRN is looking for experienced and passionate Chefs to join our team for exciting casual opportunities across the South Island, from sunny Nelson and the beautiful Marlborough region to vibrant Queenstown and scenic Invercargill.

If you love exploring new places, meeting new people, and working in different kitchens, this is your chance to combine your passion for cooking with an adventure around the South Island!

What We Offer

• $32 to $37 per hour, depending on experience
• Accommodation provided
• Travel costs paid
• 40+ hours per week
• Casual work with opportunities for plenty of hours during busy periods
• Experience working in a variety of kitchens and locations
• Weekly pay, plus 8% holiday pay

About the Role

• Prepare and cook meals to a high standard across different kitchen environments
• Work in hospitality, catering, and aged care settings, depending on your experience
• Maintain excellent food safety and hygiene standards
• Adapt to different teams and kitchen operations as you travel

What We're Looking For

• Previous professional chef experience is essential
• A positive attitude and the ability to work well in a team
• Flexibility to travel throughout the South Island
• Strong communication and time-management skills
• Current New Zealand work rights
