The Position:

The successful profile will assume responsibility for:

• Assisting in developing work scopes/ front-end documents for bidding
• Enforcing corporate safety policies on the job site, pre-task safety planning and total responsibility for on-site safety compliance
• Managing the on-site labor force, supervising and coordinating contract work, reducing interference
• Assisting in budget management & forecasting by controlling costs & monitoring potential change from contractors
• Site logistic plans, maximizing productivity

The Candidate:

The appointed Superintendent will be expected to demonstrate:

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering or related
• 5+ years’ experience in mission critical - data center from inception to completion
• Excellent organisational skills and demonstrable attention to detail
• A strong understanding of applicable contracts & legal provisions
• Multi-tasking and competing priority handing between project delivery & non-critical review of incomplete assignments whilst maintaining an excellent relationship with customer
• Strong sense of urgency and the ability to resolve complex issues
• Ability to be onsite at least five days a week
