Treasurer

We are looking for an experienced Treasury Specialist to join our Real Estate Development company in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor daily bank balances, cash positions, and funding requirements across multiple entities and bank accounts.
• Prepare and maintain cash flow forecasts and treasury reports.
• Process payments in accordance with internal approval procedures and ensure all supporting documentation is in place.
• Manage day-to-day banking operations, including online banking platforms and payment processing.
• Handle KYC documentation, updates, and compliance requirements for multiple group entities.
• Coordinate with banks and internal departments to ensure timely payments and efficient cash management.
• Monitor payment deadlines and ensure sufficient funds are available to meet financial obligations.
• Maintain accurate treasury records and support the improvement of treasury processes.
• Assist with real estate project escrow account management and related payment procedures, where applicable.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of relevant treasury experience, preferably within a corporate group managing multiple entities.
• Experience in cash flow forecasting and reporting, including monitoring daily bank balances and funding requirements across multiple entities and banks.
• Strong knowledge of UAE banking procedures, online banking platforms, and payment processing.
• Hands-on experience managing KYC updates and documentation for multiple entities.
• Ability to process payments while ensuring compliance with internal approval procedures and supporting documentation requirements.
• Knowledge of real estate project escrow accounts and related payment procedures will be an advantage.
• Strong Excel skills and experience with accounting software or ERP systems.
• High attention to detail, integrity, and a responsible approach to financial operations.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to meet strict payment deadlines.
