What you will do:

• Cash Management & Receivables Processing : Administers the issuance of Official Receipts (ORs), deposits all cash/checks received promptly, and accurately records all payments including BIR Form 2307.
• Gift Certificate Inventory & Customer Account Management : Oversees the distribution of Gift Certificates, prepares monthly GC inventory reports, and handles billing and Statements of Account (SOA) for customers.
• Bank Reconciliation & Financial Transactions Support : Prepares and reconciles bank-related entries using SAP, and Requests for Payment (RFP) for Corporate Card holder payment
• Administrative Support : Provides general administrative and clerical assistance to ensure smooth departmental operations.

What we are looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or any related course.
• Proficiency in SAP and MS365
