About the role

We are seeking a Treasury Accounting professional to join our team on a full-time basis in Alabang, Muntinlupa City, Metro Manila. This role is pivotal to our financial operations, where you will manage treasury functions and ensure accurate accounting of all cash management activities. You will be responsible for maintaining financial controls, optimising liquidity management, and providing critical financial reporting to support strategic decision-making across the organisation. This position offers the opportunity to develop expertise in treasury operations whilst contributing significantly to the company's financial stability and growth.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily cash positions and liquidity forecasting to ensure optimal working capital management
• Process and reconcile treasury transactions, including cash transfers, investments, and funding activities
• Maintain accurate records of all treasury operations and ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations
• Prepare treasury accounting reports and financial statements, providing analysis and insights to senior management
• Monitor and manage banking relationships, ensuring efficient banking arrangements and competitive terms
• Assist in the preparation and administration of debt instruments, credit facilities, and investment portfolios
• Perform bank reconciliations and investigate discrepancies to ensure accuracy of financial records
• Support cash flow forecasting and treasury planning initiatives
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, treasury policies, and regulatory requirements
• Collaborate with finance, accounting, and operational teams to coordinate treasury activities and financial reporting

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent professional qualification
• Proven experience in treasury accounting or cash management within a corporate environment
• Strong proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel; experience with treasury management systems is advantageous
• Excellent understanding of accounting principles, generally accepted accounting practice (GAAP), and treasury operations
