Calling all heores (immediately available) we are recruiting on behalf of a well-established organisation for an experienced finance professional to support treasury, cash management, foreign exchange and credit activities across a complex multi-entity environment.

This is a hands-on analytical opportunity offering broad exposure across liquidity, banking, cash-flow forecasting, funding requirements and customer credit risk.

About the Role:

Working as part of the wider finance function, this role will provide hands-on support across treasury, banking, cash-flow forecasting, foreign exchange and credit risk.

You will help manage liquidity across approximately 45 bank accounts, assess current and future funding requirements, support foreign-currency exposure associated with international operations and provide detailed analysis around customer credit risk.

This position would suit either an experienced treasury professional or a strong Financial Accountant / Senior Accountant with meaningful hands-on experience across cash management, forecasting and treasury operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and maintain short and medium-term cash-flow forecasts.
• Monitor cash positions across multiple entities and bank accounts.
• Assess upcoming funding requirements and availability of funds.
• Support the management and administration of approximately 45 corporate bank accounts.
• Coordinate movements of cash between accounts and entities.
• Support banking authorities, account administration and treasury processes.
• Monitor and analyse foreign-exchange exposures associated with international operations.
• Assist with FX forecasting and treasury analysis.
• Prepare cash, liquidity and treasury reporting for senior stakeholders.
• Analyse actual cash movements against forecasts and investigate variances.
• Support intercompany funding and broader liquidity-management activities.
• Undertake customer credit-risk analysis and assess financial exposure.
• Support credit-limit decisions and monitor existing customer exposures.
• Identify potential credit, cash-flow and financial risks.
• Drive continuous improvement across treasury, credit and cash-management processes.

Short but Sweet:

We are seeking an analytical finance professional with:

• Strong experience in cash-flow forecasting and cash management.
• Previous exposure to corporate treasury and banking activities.
• Experience working within a complex, multi-entity organisation.
• Understanding of liquidity, funding requirements and foreign-exchange exposure.
• Credit-risk or customer financial-assessment experience highly regarded.
• Strong financial analysis, forecasting and advanced Excel capability.
• Excellent attention to detail and stakeholder-management skills.
• Experience within mining, resources, engineering, construction, energy or industrial services highly regarded.
• Exposure to Pronto advantageous but not essential.
