Treasury Analyst

Monitor daily cash positions, prepare short-term cash forecasts and validate related source data.

Prepare and process RMB and foreign-currency payments, intercompany fund transfers and ad hoc manual payments in accordance with approved requirements.

Perform incoming-payment identification and complete related clearing and follow-up activities in SAP.

Investigate payment exceptions and coordinate timely resolution with relevant stakeholders. Banking Operations

Maintain bank-account documentation, bank master data, authorized signers and e-banking access, and perform assigned periodic reviews.

Communicate with banking partners on routine operational matters within assigned responsibilities.

Monitor bank-account activities for discrepancies or unusual items and escalate identified issues for resolution. Foreign Exchange and Compliance

Prepare and execute spot foreign-exchange transactions, including system entries and supporting documentation.

Prepare BOP classifications, SAFE reports and other foreign-exchange regulatory filings.

Monitor relevant regulatory developments and communicate potential operational impacts. Closing, Reporting and Controls

Prepare recurring Treasury reports and perform bank and Treasury account reconciliations.

Perform month-end Treasury closing, including accrual preparation, document filing and evidence maintenance.

Execute Treasury activities in accordance with approval, segregation-of-duties, internal-control, SOX and audit requirements. Additional Treasury Activities

Support selected cash-flow analysis, loan tracking, financing, trade-finance and management-reporting activities based on team assignments. Process Improvement and Collaboration

Identify opportunities to standardize and simplify Treasury processes and reports.

Participate in automation and data-analysis initiatives using Excel, Power Query, Power Automate, Python or similar tools. Apply AI concepts to drive day-to-day process improvements.

Collaborate with Finance, Tax, Legal, business teams, external banks and relevant HQ teams.

Participate in cross-training and backup arrangements across assigned Treasury activities. Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or above in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration or a related field.

Recent graduates with relevant internship experience are also welcome to apply; relevant experience in Treasury, Finance Operations, Accounting or Banking is a plus.

Basic understanding of cash management, payment, accounting or foreign-exchange concepts is preferred.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. Experience with SAP, ERP systems or banking platforms is a plus.

Experience with automation or data-analysis tools, or a strong digital-improvement mindset and willingness to learn, is preferred.

Business-level English and native-level Chinese are required. Korean language capability is a plus.

Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking and commitment to data accuracy.

Good communication, teamwork and organizational skills, with a strong sense of ownership and continuous improvement.
