Treasury Analyst

You will join a team of 6 professionals, 3 based in Villepinte near Paris and 3 in Prague (Czech Republic). You will report to the Group Treasurer based in Prague.

Tasks & responsibilities

Reporting

• Prepare weekly cash/debt balance report

• Perform monthly reconciliation with accounting figures (financial expenses, debt, bank fees, financial instruments)

• Monitor Treasury department budget / Purchase orders / Invoices validation

• Review monthly bank fees in the books,

• Prepare monthly reporting for COMEX book

• Produce ad hoc analyses upon request

Bank accounts administration

• Prepare powers of attorney to update bank signatories

• Maintain bank account signatories database

• Follow up with banks regarding administrative requests (KYC …)

• Participate to the bank accounts rationalization and prepare the closing of bank accounts

Bank guarantees

• Maintain guarantee register

• Track expiry dates for cancellation and renewals

• Prepare reporting on outstanding guarantees for the Board

• Track and monitor bank charges related to guarantees

Systems

• Co-administration of payment systems (Kyriba, Web banking)

• Backup for daily support for various Treasury tools

Dividends distribution process

• Coordinate the annual distribution process: Data collection, dividends committees, legal documentation, distribution

Treasury activities

• Support Group Treasurer in its daily activities

• Quarterly intercompany interest calculation

• Extract and store weekly / monthly reports from SAP

• Ad-hoc analyses

Experience / Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Treasury, Finance or related field.

2/3y experience in Treasury / Accounting in an international environment

Quick learner

Good Excel knowledge

Thorough, reliable, and responsive

Committed and team spirited

Good oral and written English
