🚀 We're Hiring: Market Treasury Functional QA Consultant 🚀

Are you a seasoned Functional QA Professional with strong experience in Banking, Capital Markets, or Treasury systems ? We are looking for a talented Market Treasury Functional QA Consultant to join a leading financial services engagement supporting Treasury and Trading platforms.

📍 Location

• Preferred: Mississauga, Canada
• Also Open To: New York City or candidates able to work effectively within the EST timezone
• Work Model: Onsite / Hybrid (as applicable)

What You'll Do

✅ Perform End-to-End Functional Testing for Treasury and Trading applications

✅ Validate Front-to-Back workflows including:

• Deal Capture
• Trade Execution
• Risk Management
• Confirmations
• Accounting & Settlement Processes

✅ Develop and execute:

• Test Strategy
• Test Plans
• Test Scenarios
• Functional & Non-Functional Testing

✅ Analyze defects, perform root cause analysis, and clearly communicate findings to Business Analysts and Development teams

✅ Raise and manage defects in JIRA with complete documentation and evidence

✅ Produce concise testing summaries covering:

• What was tested
• What failed
• Root cause of issues identified

✅ Collaborate with stakeholders and support Business Analysis activities alongside QA responsibilities as the role evolves toward future automation initiatives.

Required Experience

✔ 5-12 years of QA / Testing experience

✔ Strong experience in:

• Functional Testing
• Manual Testing
• Test Planning & Execution
• Defect Management

✔ Experience within:

• Banking
• Investment Banking
• Financial Services

✔ Strong understanding of Treasury and Capital Markets products:

• Money Market Instruments
• Fixed Income
• Securities / Bonds
• Foreign Exchange (FX)
• Treasury Operations

✔ Knowledge of Trading Platforms covering Pre-Trade and Post-Trade systems

✔ Strong SQL skills for data validation and analysis

✔ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Knowledge

⭐ Treasury Front Office exposure

⭐ Understanding of Front-to-Back Trade Lifecycle

⭐ Knowledge of:

• FX
• Bonds
• Rates
• Risk Management

⭐ Business Analysis experience is an added advantage.
