Ideal Experience

• At least 5 years’ experience in banking, finance, treasury, or trust environments
• Strong Excel skills and experience with financial reporting
• Experience in data analysis, reporting, and stakeholder presentations
• Exposure to mentoring or supporting junior team members is a plus

Preferred Knowledge

• Solid understanding of finance, treasury, and trust operations
• Passion for continuous improvement, automation, and efficiency
• Ability to deep dive into data and identify underlying issues
