We have opening for the role of Accounts Executive - Treasury and Payable.

Key Responsibilities

Treasury

• Monitor daily cash and bank balances and prepare cash-flow forecasts.
• Manage fund transfers between bank accounts and ensure adequate liquidity.
• Process and monitor bank payments, receipts, and reconciliations.
• Coordinate with banks regarding payments, transfers, bank charges, and account-related matters.
• Maintain accurate records of bank transactions and treasury activities.
• Support foreign-currency transactions, if applicable.
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly treasury reports.

Accounts Payable

• Verify vendor invoices against purchase orders, goods receipts, and supporting documents.
• Process invoices and employee/vendor expense claims accurately and on time.
• Prepare payment proposals and ensure payments are made according to agreed terms.
• Perform vendor account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain vendor master data and supporting documentation.
• Ensure proper accounting and timely booking of liabilities and expenses.
• Assist with month-end closing and AP ageing reports.
• Respond to vendor queries regarding invoices and payment status.
