Treasury Assistant

What we're looking for

• At least 1-2 years of relevant work experience in Treasury or General Accounting

• Graduate of BS Accountancy or any related course

• Willing to be assigned in Twinlakes, Laurel, Batangas

• Able to work independently

What you'll be doing

• Monitor daily cash position and ensure sufficient funds for operations
• Prepare and update cash flow forecasts (short-term and long-term)
• Maintain relationships with banks and financial institutions
• Review and process payments (e.g., suppliers, payroll, taxes)
• Ensure proper documentation and recording of all treasury transactions
• Assist in the preparation of financial reports related to cash and funding
• Monitor loan balances, interest, and repayments
• Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations
• Support audits by providing necessary treasury documents and schedules
• Handle bank transactions
• Perform other related tasks as may be assigned from time to time by the Immediate Superior/ Management
