Treasury Assistant

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
• Strong proficiency in MS Excel, high attention to detail, and good analytical skills
• At least 1 year of working experience in corporate treasury or banking

Key Responsibilities

• Cash Management: Monitor daily cash balances, prepare cash position reports, and assist with physical cash counting.
• Reconciliation & Processing: Reconcile bank statements, process supplier payments, and investigate and resolve transaction discrepancies.
• Fund Administration: Act as petty cash custodian, track fund inflows/outflows, and ensure timely replenishment.
• Record Keeping: Maintain financial logs, track post-dated checks, and handle document management.
• Collections & Reporting: Receive collections, prepare accurate reports, and manage financial documents.

Pay: From Php20,000.00 per month
