What they need
JOB SPECIFICATIONS
- BS Finance / BS Accountancy or equivalent
- At least one (1) year of experience as Treasury Assistant is an advantage
- Proficiency in using financial software and system (JDA and SAP)
- With strong analytical skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and time management skills to handle multiple tasks
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Receives and audit Accounts Payable Vouchers
- Prepares transmittals of checks for signature
- Monitors and updates the checks for routing to authorized signatories
- Monitors the checks for cancellation and staled
- Daily reports (daily issued checks) preparation
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php22,000.00 - Php24,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
