Treasury Assistant

About the role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Treasury Associate to manage daily treasury operations, cash flow monitoring, and bank reconciliations. The ideal candidate brings a background in the restaurant, F&B, or retail industry and has hands-on experience or familiarity with SAP.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and record daily cash receipts, store collections, and bank transactions
• Perform regular bank reconciliations and track cash flow movements across retail/restaurant locations
• Assist in cash forecasting, liquidity management, and fund transfers for operational expenses
• Prepare payment runs, check vouchers, and wire transfers via corporate online banking platforms
• Coordinate with store managers, accounting teams, and bank representatives to resolve discrepancies promptly
• Maintain accurate treasury logs and assist with internal/external audit requirements using SAP

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Banking, Accountancy, or a related field
• 1–3 years of proven experience in a treasury, cash management, or general accounting role
• Work experience in retail, F&B, or restaurant chain operations is highly preferred
• Proficiency in SAP (FICO / Treasury module) is a strong advantage
• Advanced knowledge of MS Excel is required
• Strong numerical accuracy, bank reconciliations, cash flow monitoring, disbursement processing organizational skills, and strict adherence to internal financial controls
