Treasury Assistant (Open for Fresh Grad)

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prepare and file BIR Tax returns.
• Monthly Bank Reconciliation
• Prepare month-end adjusting entries (i.e., lapsing, accruals etc.)
• Monitoring and ensuring that all inventory transaction details are recorded accurately in an accounting system and verifying inventory counts.
• Identification, recording, valuation, accounting, reporting of timely capitalizing of fixed assets.
• Prepare journal entries, reconcile financial statement of accounts and ensure data accuracy.

JOB QUALIFICATION

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy
• Knowledge of Accounting Software such as Quickbooks, and Net Suites
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Office
• Oral and written Communication Skills in English
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure.
• FRESH GRADUATES are welcome to APPLY as long as graduate of BSA
• Trainable and willing to learn
