The Role

Join our finance team as a Treasury Associate, a key role responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of the company's bank accounts and supporting reliable cash flow monitoring and financial reporting. You will manage daily bank reconciliations, cash position monitoring, and treasury operations across local and overseas accounts using Odoo ERP.

What you’ll be doing:

Treasury & Cash Flow Management

• Perform daily bank reconciliations in Odoo for local and foreign currency accounts
• Monitor bank feeds and cash balances; provide daily or weekly cash position summaries to management
• Investigate and resolve unreconciled items such as posting issues, missing payments, or bank discrepancies
• Record and monitor fund transfers and foreign currency transactions with accurate exchange rates
• Track liquidity and cash flow using Odoo reporting tools
• Coordinate with accounting to validate bank-related entries before month-end closing

Bank Administration & Coordination

• Maintain bank account details and ensure integration with online banking platforms
• Serve as the primary contact for banks regarding statements, transactions, and inquiries
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities related to cash and bank modules

Compliance & Process Improvement

• Ensure reconciliation reports are accurate, complete, and audit-ready
• Assist in maintaining compliance with financial policies and internal controls
• Participate in process improvement initiatives for treasury and finance operations
• Perform other duties as assigned

What we’re looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• 3–5 years of experience in finance, accounting, or treasury, including bank reconciliation
• Hands-on experience with bank reconciliation and online banking platforms
• Strong attention to detail and high accuracy in financial records
• Good communication, organization, and time-management skills
• Integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality in handling financial data

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in an SME or standalone treasury role
• Practical experience with Odoo ERP
• CPA is an advantage, but not required
