Treasury Associate

Key Roles

• Administer, process, and reconcile all petty cash transactions.
• Perform routine banking tasks, including processing cash/other bank transactions and handling check encashments.
• Monitor cash to ensure adequate funds are available for daily operations and scheduled encashments.
• Review and validate expense liquidations, ensuring all supporting documentation is complete and accurate.
• Monitor outstanding cash advances and proactively follow up to ensure timely liquidation and settlement.
• Maintain precise, up-to-date records of all financial activities to ensure audit readiness and compliance.
• Manage secure storage, collection, and safekeeping of confidential financial documents.
• Hold accountability for the management of titles, permits, and business licenses of the company.
• Generate and issue official receipts for transactions.
• Prepare regular financial reports tracking cash advances, encashments, and deposits.
• Performs other job-related tasks that may be assigned   by his/her immediate superior from time to time.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or any related field in Finance.
• Preferably with 1–2 years of experience in cash handling, treasury, collections validation, or accounting support.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify discrepancies in financial records.
• Knowledge of cash management procedures, documentation, and internal controls.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
• Good organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle confidential financial information with integrity and accuracy.
