Treasury Associate

Responsible for check preparation, Check & Cash Disbursement Vouchers recording via SAP and QuickBooks. In-charge of Bank Reconciliation concern from Accounting and vouchers transmittal with complete attachments. Updates Check Inventory and Cash Position Report for Affiliated Companies. Daily coordination of bank deposit, passbook update and other messenger tasks related to utilities and mandatories payments. Proper dissemination of releases, request and communicates concerns/queries thoroughly with the other Department/Unit.

QUALIFICATIONS AND OTHER REQUIREMENTS

• College graduate preferably Business course related (Fresh graduates are welcome)
• Candidate must be flexible smart, adaptable and can work under pressure with minimal supervision. Has initiative and good communication skills.
• Computer literate with knowledge in Microsoft Word and Excel. SAP background is plus/advantage.
