Treasury Associate

QUALIFICATIONS:

• College Graduate of any Business Course (Accountancy, Management, Marketing)
• 3-5 years experience in Treasury Operations and Cash Management. Previous experience working as a Treasury or Accounting or Finance staff/associate.
• Preferably with Treasury Operations and Cash Management Trainings

DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Monitor daily cash position and prepare cash flow forecasts.
• Handles the nitty-gritty of daily treasury operations.
• Process and oversee fund transfers, loan drawdowns, and debt servicing
• Coordinate with banks on account management, facilities, and documentation
• Ensure timely settlement of financial obligations
• Prepare treasury reports for management
• Monitor compliance with loan covenants and financing agreements
• Support financing activities, renewals, and negotiations
• Implement and maintain internal controls over treasury transactions
• Assist in managing foreign exchange and interest rate exposures (if applicable)
