Treasury Associate

Role Summary

The Treasury Associate supports the daily treasury operations of Expedier by monitoring account balances, processing treasury transactions, performing reconciliations, and assisting with liquidity management. The role ensures accurate records, timely transaction execution, and effective coordination with banks, payment partners, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor daily balances across bank accounts, wallets, and payment platforms.
• Process approved treasury transfers, account funding, and top-ups.
• Support the execution and tracking of OTC and offline transactions.
• Perform daily reconciliations of bank, wallet, and partner accounts.
• Follow up on pending transactions, settlements, and funding requests.
• Prepare weekly treasury balance and transaction reports
• Maintain accurate treasury records and supporting documentation.
• Liaise with banks, payment processors, and liquidity partners on operational matters.
• Escalate liquidity shortages, reconciliation issues, and transaction exceptions promptly.
• Support treasury process improvement and compliance initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Banking & Finance, or a related field.
• 2–3 years’ experience in Treasury, Finance, Banking Operations, or Reconciliation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work accurately under pressure and meet deadlines.

Pay: From ₦311,295.06 per month

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Lagos (Lagos)
