About the role
Assist in daily cash management and treasury operations.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and process bank deposits, withdrawals, and fund transfers
- Monitor cash balances and maintain cash flow records
- Reconcile bank statements and cash transactions
- Assist in preparing payment schedules and disbursement documents
- Maintain accurate financial records and treasury documentation
- Coordinate with banks and other financial institutions when necessary
- Support month-end and year-end financial closing activities
About you
- Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
- Experience in inventory control, auditing, treasury, or accounting is an advantage
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting/inventory management systems
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
