Position Overview
We are looking for a Disbursement Associate who will handle the preparation, verification, and processing of outgoing payments. This role ensures the timely, accurate, and compliant disbursement of funds to vendors, employees, and other stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Process and verify disbursements, including vendor payments, reimbursements, and utilities, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Review supporting documents, prepare checks or bank transfers, and ensure compliance with tax regulations.
• Assist in month-end closing activities and support continuous improvement of disbursement processes and controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Financial Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• At least 1–2 years of experience in disbursements, accounts payable, or accounting (healthcare experience is an advantage).
• Strong understanding of accounting principles; detail-oriented, reliable, and able to handle sensitive financial information with integrity.
