Treasury Division Manager

About the Role Play a key role in the Group's finance team, managing cash and liquidity across all business units while shaping treasury policy, negotiating with financial institutions, and driving the company's Finance Transformation initiative

Key Responsibilities

• Manage cash and liquidity for all Group entities to ensure sufficient funds for business operations and branch expansion
• Plan and manage short-term and long-term cash flow forecasting, working closely with the Accounting and Budgeting teams
• Maintain banking relationships and negotiate credit facilities, interest rates, and other financial terms with financial institutions
• Arrange and monitor credit facilities and the company's financial obligations
• Establish treasury policies and internal controls in compliance with relevant standards and regulations
• Regularly report cash and liquidity position to senior management, with strategic recommendations
• Support the business and operations teams on bank-related products and financial matters
• Drive the Finance Transformation initiative to improve efficiency and automation of payment and cash management systems

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Banking, Accounting, or a related field
• At least 5-8 years of experience in treasury and cash management, corporate finance, or other finance-related fields
• Proven experience negotiating with financial institutions and managing credit facilities
• Understanding of multi-branch retail business is a plus
• Strong cash flow analysis and strategic financial planning skills
• Solid knowledge of internal controls and financial risk management
• Proficient in SAP, advanced Excel, and data analysis / dashboard tools
• Strong communication, presentation, and coordination skills with senior management and external parties
• Detail-oriented, honest, and able to work well under pressure
