About Us

Vanding Innova SG Pte. Ltd. is a Singapore-based commodities trading company and a member of China's Wanxiang Group, one of China's leading multinational enterprise groups. We specialize in the wholesale trading of crude oil, petrochemical products, and other commodities, providing integrated trading and supply chain solutions to global business partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily treasury operations, including fund receipts and payments, fund transfers, and bank account administration to ensure secure and efficient cash management.
• Prepare, monitor, and analyze cash flow forecasts and funding plans to support the company's operational and financing requirements.
• Liaise with banks on banking matters, including account opening and maintenance, internet banking administration, and banking documentation.
• Support trade finance operations, including Letters of Credit (L/C), bank guarantees, import and export financing, and other banking facilities.
• Monitor customer receivables and supplier payables, and assist in optimizing working capital and cash flow management.
• Prepare treasury reports, cash flow analyses, and management reports to support business decision-making.
• Assist with month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities, as well as audit, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
• Perform treasury, finance, and other ad hoc duties assigned by management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business, or a related discipline.
• At least 1 year of relevant experience in treasury, trade finance, accounting, or a related field.
• Good understanding of banking operations, payment processes, treasury management, and cash flow management. Knowledge of international trade and trade finance will be an advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the ability to analyze financial data independently.
• Meticulous, responsible, and highly organized, with strong attention to detail and a high level of integrity and confidentiality.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
