Treasury Intern

JOD DESCRIPTION:

• Assist with daily cash monitoring and bank reconciliation.
• Support cash flow forecasting and treasury reports.
• Process and maintain payment and banking documents.
• Assist with bank transactions and account management.
• Maintain accurate records of cash and treasury activities.
• Support the Treasury team with administrative and ad hoc tasks.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must be a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy or Bachelor of Science in Financial Management 3rd or 4th year student or related course
• Knowledge of basic banking procedures, including deposits, withdrawals, and bank transactions.
• Familiarity with preparing and processing bank deposits and handling financial documents.
• Basic knowledge of cash handling, cash counting, and cash reconciliation.
• Ability to organize and maintain financial records, receipts, deposit slips, and payment vouchers.
• Knowledge of basic accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and other office applications.
• Strong attention to detail in checking amounts, recording transactions, and verifying documents.
• Good organizational, time-management, and communication skills.
• Trustworthy and responsible in handling confidential financial information.
• Willingness to learn treasury operations, cash management, and banking procedures.
