Treasury Management Education Analyst

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Conduct product and system training for new and existing Treasury Management clients and team members.

Collaborate with Treasury Management leadership to develop, update, and maintain user guides and training material.

Work independently to ensure tasks are complete and on schedule.

Assist with client quality reviews after implementation for any feedback on the onboarding process and Treasury Management products.

Assist with evaluating client interactions within Genesys and Service Now.

Create, update, and maintain questionnaires or surveys to access the efficacy of training.

Coordinate with Treasury Management Implementation post-client-onboarding

Conduct continuing education classes for Treasury Management Sales, Product, and Support teams.

Participate in Treasury Management new hire training.

Assist with Treasury Management Product Managers to develop and/or update Treasury Management user and training guides.

Able to build relationships within the bank to maintain a high level of service.

Partner with Corporate Learning and Treasury Management Product as it relates to new products and services.

Assist with training converting customers and team members.

Is a Subject Matter Expert on the design, features, and function of all Treasury Management products and systems, from the end user perspective.

Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications, Education, and Certification Requirements

Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

Experience: 4 years of experience in Treasury Management (Treasury Management, Commercial Call Center, Client Service, Operations).

Certifications/Specific Knowledge: MS office expertise, Ability to read, write, speak and understand English; Knowledge of Treasury Management products / services, account analysis and online banking systems is preferred. Excellent written/oral communications skills; Proven success in problem analysis and resolution; Strong attention to detail and accuracy; Strong organization skills; Ability to manage multiple detailed work assignments with a high degree of accuracy.

TRAINING REQUIREMENTS/CLASSES

Required annual compliance training, New Employee Orientation

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

Must be able to effectively access and interpret information on computer screens, documents, and reports. This position requires a large amount of time in front of a computer. This can be done sitting or standing with use of the right desk.

WORK ENVIRONMENT

This position is in a cubicle environment that may be loud throughout the day. The position is located inside a cooled and heated facility with ability to go to a break room or rest room during breaks.

TRAVEL

Travel may be required to come to meetings as needed.
