Treasury Manager

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in Treasury Management with min. 2 years experience in Managerial role.
• Banking experience is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of cash & liquidity management, banking relationship management, and FX risk management.
• Strong understanding of local and global financial markets, economic trends, and their impact on treasury activities.
• Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily cash positioning to ensure sufficient liquidity for business operations across all entities.
• Develop and analyze short- and long-term cash flow forecasts.
• Collaborate with Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable to optimize working capital.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for commercial and investment banks.
• Negotiate bank rate, analyze account statements, and optimize bank account structures.
• Identify foreign exchange (FX) and interest rate exposures and execute hedging strategies.
• Prepare financial projections, business cases, and banking proposals to support future funding and business growth initiatives.
