Treasury Manager

The Treasury Manager responsible in the organization whose main duties will comprise in tasks oversee the company's billing operations and ensure timely and accurate invoicing processes. The Treasury Manager will be responsible for managing billing staff, monitoring accounts receivable, resolving billing concerns, and ensuring compliance with company policies and financial procedures.

A. PROFESSIONAL PREPARATION

• Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
• With at least 3–5 years of experience in billing, accounting, or finance operations
• Healthcare industry billing experience is preferred but not required.
• With Supervisory or managerial experience.
• Minimum of 3+ years of supervisory or managerial experience is required.
• ICD 10 Coder is an advantage
• Strong knowledge of billing procedures and accounts receivable processes
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and billing/accounting systems
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and leadership abilities
• High level of accuracy, integrity, and attention to detail

B. PERSONAL QUALITIES

• Oversee daily billing operations and invoicing processes
• Ensure timely and accurate preparation of customer invoices and statements
• Monitor accounts receivable and follow up outstanding balances
• Review billing transactions for accuracy and completeness
• Coordinate with Finance, Accounting, Sales, and other departments regarding billing concerns
• Handle customer inquiries, disputes, and billing adjustments
• Develop and implement billing policies and procedures
• Prepare billing and collection reports for management review
• Ensure compliance with company policies and government regulations
• Supervise and train billing staff to improve productivity and accuracy
• Monitor billing system performance and recommend process improvements
• Assist in month-end and year-end financial closing activities
