Treasury Manager

We are looking for a Treasury Manager to oversee the company's treasury operations, focusing on cash management, liquidity planning, and investment management. The role is responsible for ensuring sufficient liquidity, optimizing the use of company funds, maximizing investment returns within approved risk parameters, and maintaining strong banking relationships.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the company's cash flow, liquidity planning, and cash flow forecasting.
• Develop and implement cash management and investment strategies, optimizing the company's cash positioning.
• Monitor and manage the company's investment portfolio and banking relationships.
• Ensure adequate funding for operational and capital requirements.
• Monitor treasury risks, including liquidity and interest rate exposure.
• Ensure compliance with treasury policies, internal controls, and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare treasury reports and provide financial insights to management.
• Drive process improvements to enhance treasury operations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of relevant treasury, banking, or corporate finance experience, with supervisory or managerial experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of cash management, investments, treasury operations, and financial markets.
• Experience in cash flow forecasting and liquidity management.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
