Treasury Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily cash position, cash movement and liquidity across the Group.
• Ensure sufficient funding for supplier payments, restaurant outlets, operating expenses and other daily transactions.
• Prepare and monitor short- and medium-term cash flow forecasts and proactively manage funding requirements.
• Plan and coordinate funding for major investments and expansion projects, including new restaurant openings, Central Kitchen development and other CAPEX projects.
• Support funding and treasury activities for international businesses, subsidiaries, investments and joint ventures, including cross-border transactions.
• Develop and execute treasury and funding strategies aligned with business growth and market conditions.
• Manage bank facilities, loans and other financing arrangements, including renewal and negotiation of credit facilities.
• Negotiate with banks and financial institutions on interest rates, fees, credit terms and financing conditions.
• Supervise the Treasury team to ensure all transactions and treasury activities are accurate, efficient, well-controlled and completed on time.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related fields.
• Minimum 5–8 years of relevant experience in Treasury, Corporate Finance or related functions.
• Strong experience in cash management, banking facilities and corporate funding.
• Good understanding of loan agreements, interest rates, banking products and financing structures.
