Treasury Manager

A Real Estate Private Equity Fund with $1.5b in AUM and a diverse portfolio of 17 properties is seeking an experienced Treasury Manager/Analyst to own its banking operations across 10+ banks, covering roughly 50 in-house operational accounts and 100 third-party read-only management trust accounts.

Please note this position is only remote for candidates currently based in Salt Lake City, UT.

What You'll Do

• Banking Platform Administration: Own online banking platforms across 10+ banks, including user setup, entitlements, approval limits, and dual-control workflows
• Controls Oversight: Monitor and maintain user access and payment controls, keeping signer and entitlement records current across all accounts
• Payments: Process and release wires, ACH, and internal transfers within approved controls
• Account Management: Open and close accounts for new entities and acquisitions, handle KYC and signer documentation, and set up read-only access for third-party-managed trust accounts
• Bank Relationships: Serve as the day-to-day contact for relationship managers and bank support teams
• Finance Support: Record cash activity, support bank reconciliations, and assist with cash forecasting and month-end as the role grows

Requirements

• 4-5+ years of experience in treasury, cash management, or banking operations
• Hands-on administration of commercial online banking platforms (users, entitlements, approvals)
• Experience with bank account opening, KYC, and authorized signer documentation
• Working knowledge of wires, ACH, and payment controls
• Real Estate experience preferred but not required
• Able to work independently with minimal oversight
• Basic accounting knowledge; multi-entity experience a plus
• Based in or near Salt Lake City, UT
