What they need
- Preparation of billing and invoice to clients
- Follows Up and collects payments
- Endorsement of request for payment to Treasurer
- Handles bank transaction such as deposit/encashment, telegraphic transfer local/offshore, BIR electronic, Bureau of Customs payments and investment of excess funds
- Preparation of bank requirements for account openings, credit line (including Letter of Credit) applications and other documentary requirements to the bank.
- Daily Cash position report, bank reconciliations, sales report (based on actual collections and post-dated checks received), cash flow reports, accounts payables aging report.
- Coordination with Legal Division- TCDC DOLE, NLRC Cases/ Demand Letter from Supplier
- Preparation of PCAB requirements- annual statement of project work accomplishments
- Availability to be contacted for ad hoc advices
