Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced AVP / Manager – Treasury with strong expertise in Debt Fundraising, Resource Mobilization, Banking Relationships, Liquidity Management and Asset Liability Management (ALM) for a leading financial services organization.

Key Responsibilities

1. Debt Fundraising & Resource Mobilization

• Manage debt fundraising activities through banks, financial institutions and other funding sources.
• Prepare funding proposals, Information Memorandums, CMA data, financial projections, cash-flow statements and ratio analysis.
• Coordinate renewal, revival, enhancement and extension of existing borrowing facilities.
• Explore new funding avenues and instruments to optimize borrowing costs, extend funding tenor and diversify funding sources.

2. Banking & Stakeholder Relationship Management

• Coordinate with banks, lenders, financial institutions and credit rating agencies.
• Manage lender documentation, approvals, compliance submissions and periodic reviews.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders, regulators and auditors for treasury-related requirements.

3. Treasury Operations & Liquidity Management

• Monitor daily and periodic liquidity positions, cash flows and funding requirements.
• Ensure optimum utilization of funds and deployment of surplus funds in accordance with company policies.
• Support Asset Liability Management (ALM) and periodic ALM reporting.
• Monitor funding requirements and borrowing structures.

4. Financial Analysis, MIS & Compliance

• Prepare financial projections, CMA data, cash-flow statements, reconciliations and treasury MIS.
• Coordinate with credit rating agencies for rating reviews and surveillance.
• Ensure adherence to applicable RBI regulations, NBFC prudential norms and treasury policies.
• Support internal, statutory, regulatory and lender audits.

Candidate Profile

• Minimum 8+ years of relevant experience in Treasury, Debt Fundraising, Resource Mobilization or Banking Relationships.
• Strong understanding of institutional funding, banking products, borrowing structures and lender requirements.
• Experience in preparing funding proposals, CMA data, financial projections and ALM reports.
• Good knowledge of RBI regulations applicable to NBFCs.
• Strong analytical, communication, negotiation and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to independently coordinate with multiple stakeholders and deliver within defined timelines.
