Treasury officer

Responsibilities

• Cash Flow Monitoring: Consolidate and monitor daily bank balances across multiple corporate entities via online banking portals and execute intercompany fund transfers to ensure liquidity.
• KYC & AML Compliance: Act as the primary coordinator to complete all bank-driven Know-Your-Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) reviews.
• Account Lifecycle: Manage the full lifecycle of global bank accounts, including account opening, mandate amendments, closure, and e-banking access control management.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Liaise with internal departments (HR, Operations) and third parties to align on payment schedules, calculations, and settlement balances.
• Data Entry and Reconciliations: Process treasury-related journal entries, including intercompany fund transfers and Credit Card settlements.
• Audit Support: Maintain up-to-date treasury schedules for loans, deposits, guarantees, bank account information, mandates and authorised signatories and prepare bank confirmations to support internal and external audit requirements.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting/Finance
• Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in treasury, preferably gained from a sizable group or multinational company
• Proven experience or knowledge of corporate online banking, KYC documents, and fund transfers.
• High accuracy in data entry, excellent organization and proactive communication skills
• Proficient in MS Office applications, particularly Excel; experience with HSBCnet is an advantage
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, Mandarin proficiency is preferred
