Treasury Officer

The Treasury Officer – Cash Management is responsible for managing the company's daily cash transactions and bank-related activities. This role ensures that payments are processed on time, cash balances are properly monitored, and financial records are accurate. The position also works closely with banks and internal teams to support the company's day-to-day financial operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor the company's daily cash balances to ensure funds are available for business needs.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly cash reports.
• Process fund transfers, bank transactions, and payment requests.
• Coordinate with banks regarding account maintenance and banking services.
• Reconcile bank accounts and resolve any differences or issues.
• Monitor customer collections and company payments to ensure they are processed on time.
• Maintain accurate records of cash balances across all bank accounts.
• Prepare reports on cash balances, bank transactions, and account reconciliations.
• Follow company policies and banking requirements in handling cash transactions.
• Work with banks to address and resolve banking concerns.
• Recommend improvements to cash handling and treasury processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy.
• At least 2–4 years of experience in Treasury, Cash Management, Banking, or General Accounting.
• Experience in handling bank transactions, account reconciliations, and cash monitoring.
• Experience using online banking platforms and processing fund transfers.
• Experience using an accounting or ERP system, preferably SAP.
