Treasury Officer

Responsibilities

• Perform daily treasury operations, including cash pooling and allocation, fund collections, payment preparation and daily cash reconciliations
• Prepare and maintain short-term and long-term cash flow forecasts
• Monitor bank account balances and optimize liquidity across the Group
• Assist in loan administration and investments
• Liaise with banks in accounts management and daily operations
• Review procedures and operations control to strengthen internal controls and efficiencies
• Prepare periodic treasury reports for management review
• Participate in treasury system enhancement, digitalization initiatives and process improvement projects
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

• Degree holder with major in Accounting or Finance
• 3 years of solid experience in treasury, corporate finance, banking, or financial management
• CPA, CFA will definitely be an added advantage
• Strong ability in treasury management with excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, and with excellent business acumen
• Proactive, self-motivated and detail-oriented, with strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and effectively manage multiple priorities
• Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word
• Experience with ERP systems, treasury management systems and online banking platforms would be an advantage
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Mandarin
