Treasury Officer

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage daily cash position and monitor company cash flow.
• Prepare and monitor cash disbursements, fund transfers, and other treasury transactions.
• Process and monitor payments to suppliers, vendors, employees, and other stakeholders.
• Prepare bank reconciliations and investigate any discrepancies.
• Monitor bank accounts, balances, deposits, withdrawals, and fund movements.
• Coordinate with banks regarding account transactions, payment concerns, and other banking requirements.
• Prepare treasury reports, cash forecasts, and other financial reports as required.
• Maintain complete and organized records of treasury transactions and supporting documents.
• Ensure that all payments and treasury activities are properly authorized and documented.
• Assist in managing petty cash and other company funds.
• Coordinate with Accounting, Finance, and other departments regarding payment and cash-related concerns.
• Perform other finance and treasury-related duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 1–2 years of experience in treasury, finance, accounting, or a related role.
• Knowledge of banking transactions, cash management, and payment processing.
• Familiarity with bank reconciliation and financial documentation.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Able to handle confidential financial information with discretion.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Can work independently and meet deadlines.
