Key responsibilities

Collection

• Process and monitor collections, PDCs, daily deposits, and incoming payment entries.
• Verify payment details and supporting documents for completeness and accuracy.
• Prepare deposit slips, transmittal reports, collection reports, sales invoices, AR, and related collection records.
• Encode and maintain collection transactions and monitoring records.
• Process checks pull-outs and monitor returned checks.
• Coordinate with banks, clients, and internal teams regarding collection-related concerns.

Disbursement

• Prepare, encode, and process corporate checks, manager's checks, and other payment transactions.
• Monitor check status, release, clearing, and other related transactions.
• Process APVs and verify the completeness of supporting documents.
• Record outgoing transactions and maintain disbursement records.
• Prepare transmittals and disbursement reports.
• Coordinate with banks, suppliers, and internal teams regarding check releases and payment-related concerns.
• Monitor BIR Form 2307 and other payment-related documents.

About you

• Graduate of bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or related field.
• Knowledgeable in MS office and MS excel.
• Knowledge of background in Real Estate Treasury Department is advantage.
