Treasury Officer

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for managing and monitoring Head Office petty cash, ensuring all transactions are properly recorded and documented.
• Perform branch cash reconciliation and cash opname to ensure cash balances are accurate and aligned with financial records.
• Conduct General Ledger (GL) reconciliation and monitor cash flow to ensure accuracy and support effective cash management.
• Prepare and distribute weekly budgets for each division to support operational planning and expense control.
• Monitor prepayment transactions and ensure proper recording, tracking, and settlement.
• Prepare and consolidate PPH 23 reimbursement recapitulation reports.
• Prepare and submit cash opname reports to ensure accurate cash monitoring and proper financial documentation.

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelors Degree (S1) in Management, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Treasury or Cashier.
• Able to perform cash opname and cash reconciliation accurately.
• Honest, responsible, and trustworthy in handling company funds.
• Detail-oriented with good numerical accuracy.
• Familiar with daily cash handling, payment processing, and financial transaction documentation.
• Able to work independently and maintain confidentiality of financial information.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel is an advantage.
