Treasury Officer - Pluit

Job Responsibilities

• Handle daily cash receipts and payments, employee reimbursements, and petty cash management.
• Handle bank transfers, corporate payments, internet banking transactions, and printing of transaction receips
• Maintain the cash journal and bank journal, ensuring accurate daily and monthly records.
• Conduct daily cash counts, prepare daily cash flow reports, and submit them to the Finance Supervisor and Head Office.
• Perform monthly bank reconciliations and prepare bank reconciliation statements.
• Safekeep company stamps, blank cheques, and other payment instruments, with separate custody arrangements from the Finance Supervisor.
• Assist with salary payments and BPJS-related payments.
• Coordinate with the external accounting/bookkeeping service provider by providing bank statements and other original supporting documents.

Job Requirements

• Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Cashier/Treasury Officer. Experience in trading or cross-border e-commerce companies is preferred.
• Fluent in English, with the ability to read and write English banking documents and communicate with banks via email in English.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and internet banking systems, with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
