Role Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Treasury Operations Executive to support the treasury function by managing day-to-day operational activities related to borrowings, lender reporting, compliance, documentation, and MIS. The role will ensure timely execution of treasury transactions, accurate record keeping, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Borrowing Operations

• Coordinate loan drawdowns, repayments, interest servicing, and rollover activities.
• Maintain a tracker of all borrowings, repayment schedules, and key facility terms.
• Coordinate with lenders, trustees, legal teams, and operations for timely execution of transactions.
• Assist in onboarding new lenders and completion of documentation.

Compliance & Documentation

• Maintain complete documentation for all borrowing facilities.
• Track financial and non-financial covenants and ensure timely submission of compliance certificates.
• Coordinate for CA certificates, trustee certificates, stock statements, and other periodic submissions.
• Maintain repository of sanction letters, loan agreements, security documents, and amendments.

Treasury MIS & Reporting

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly treasury MIS.
• Update borrowing trackers, interest schedules, covenant trackers, and security cover statements.
• Assist in ALM data compilation and regulatory reporting.
• Support preparation of management presentations and lender review decks.

Process & Controls

• Ensure accurate maintenance of treasury records.
• Identify opportunities for automation and process improvements.
• Support internal, statutory, and lender audits by providing required information and documentation.

Desired Profile

• CA Inter / MBA (Finance) / B.Com / M.Com.
• 1–3 years of experience in Treasury Operations, Banking Operations, or NBFC/BFSI.
• Proficiency in MS Excel (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, basic formulas); Power Query knowledge is an added advantage.
• Good analytical, organizational and communication skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in an NBFC, Bank, or Financial Services organization.
• Exposure to NCDs, Commercial Papers, Term Loans, Working Capital facilities or trustee compliance will be preferred.
