Role Overview

A Treasury Operations serves as a company platform operator to ensure that the platform can serve financial functions as its design. Treasury Operation is responsible for overseeing FX risk, cash flow, revenue, expense, undertaking the operation treasury management and monitoring or external funding requirements to meet the financial obligations of the Company.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage cash flow, borrowings, debts, capital management, prepare weekly, monthly and quarterly cash forecast reports
• Working with Financial accounting team to manage all cash-related activities, banking transactions, payment and collection
• Support treasury and cash management operations and helps develop strategies to maximize efficiencies, safeguard assets and minimize costs
• Operate Treasury Back Offffice, Configure and Administrator platform setting under various circumstances
• Oversees all aspects of the company's financial risk exposures (identify, analyze, measure, model, solution, manage risks) including interest rate risk and foreign currency risk.
• Design holistic enterprise-wide risk management system and prototype risk analysis and risk monitoring tools
• Perform Stress testing and Backtesting for Market Risk activities.
• Research economic trends, regulatory issues, credit market updates and investment opportunities in order to provide management with meaningful recommendations on treasury initiatives
• Assesses products, services, technologies and systems that are available and appropriate for Treasury management
• Provide financial analysis to executive management
• Manage relationship with financial institutions

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree of Business Administration in Accounting or Finance
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Treasury function, Trading, Payment, Clearing House
• Demonstrated comprehension of Treasury products, accounting and regulatory policies
• Analytical skills in structure modeling & profitability analysis
• High attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
• Having good skills in communication, interpersonal, negotiation, analysis, and problem solving
• Good command of English
