About the role

This role involves managing daily cash operations, cross-border settlements, and payment channels for a corporate finance function. You will handle bank reconciliations, foreign exchange settlements, account maintenance, contract compliance, and reporting while liaising with internal teams and external partners.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily receipts and payments, bank balance reconciliations, and maintain funding and treasury ledgers
• Follow up on cross-border payments and receipts, foreign exchange settlements, and fund credits
• Assist in preparing supporting documents required by banks or payment service providers
• Manage day-to-day maintenance of bank accounts and third-party payment channels, including information updates and user permission management
• Handle contract registration, archiving, and payment milestone tracking
• Organize bank statements, payment channel metrics, and fund utilization reports
• Assist in cash forecasting and budget tracking
• Liaise with internal finance teams, business units, and external partners to resolve payment anomalies
• Assist with document preparation and operational execution for setting up new corporate entities and onboarding new payment channels

About you

• Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Finance, Accounting, Economics, International Trade, or related fields
• 1–3 years of experience in corporate finance, treasury operations, banking operations, or contract management
• Familiar with basic treasury tasks including payments, bank account management, and treasury ledgers
• Hands-on experience with cross-border payments is highly preferred
• Detail-oriented, highly responsible, and proactive in driving tasks to completion
• Strong communication, coordination, and fast-learning abilities
• Proficient in MS Excel
• Capable of handling emails, contracts, and routine work communications in English
• Ability to independently compile and organize contracts, invoices, and compliance materials
