工作職責 Responsibilities

• 執行付款操作

依據客戶書面指令及內部審批結果，執行多家客戶公司香港銀行賬戶的付款操作：完成網銀製單並跟進覆核放行與銀行執行結果；跟蹤賬戶餘額與到賬情況，按客戶要求發起資金劃轉流程；遇退匯或拒付主動與銀行跟進解決，確保資金安全、零差錯

Execute payment instructions

Process payment orders for multiple client Hong Kong bank accounts based on written instructions and internal approvals: prepare e-banking payment orders, follow through to release and execution; monitor balances and incoming funds, initiate fund transfers as per client requests; resolve returned or rejected payments with banks — ensuring zero error and fund security.

• 維護資金記錄

定期導出銀行流水並作初步分類，維護收付台賬、核對月結單，為客戶查閱、記賬與年度審計提供可追溯的資金記錄

Maintain fund records

Regularly export and classify bank transactions, maintain payment/receipt ledgers, reconcile monthly statements, and provide traceable records for client review, bookkeeping and annual audit.

• 合規審查與溝通

付款前核對合同、發票、審批等背景資料；對資料不齊、背景存疑或觸及制裁、洗錢風險的交易，能清晰向客戶說明情況，並配合合規等部門跟進後續處理

Compliance review and communication

Check contracts, invoices and approvals before each payment; where documentation is incomplete or a transaction raises sanctions or money-laundering concerns, explain the situation clearly to the client and coordinate with compliance and relevant teams on follow-up actions.

• 銀行日常對接

對接銀行日常事務，包括開戶、賬戶資料更新及簽署人與網銀權限變更；與客戶經理團隊協作，就資金安排與賬戶使用與客戶董事及財務主管保持對接

Bank relationship management

Handle day-to-day bank liaison, including account opening, information updates, signatory and e-banking authority changes; collaborate with relationship manager teams and communicate with client directors and finance heads on fund arrangements and account usage.

• 流程優化與標準化

定期複盤操作數據與常見問題，沉澱賬戶台賬、權限清單與操作手冊，推動付款與劃轉流程的標準化和線上化，持續提升單人可承載的客戶與賬戶數量

Process optimisation and standardisation

Review operating data and recurring issues, build up account registers, authority lists and operating manuals; drive standardisation and digitalisation of payment workflows to steadily increase the number of clients and accounts manageable by one person.

崗位要求 Requirements

基本條件 Basic Qualifications：

• 3年以上出納或資金操作經驗，熟悉香港銀行的結算方式、資金調撥與跨境收付流程

3+ years in a cashier or treasury operations role, familiar with Hong Kong banking settlement methods, fund transfers and cross-border payment processes

• 有開戶及賬戶維護的對接經驗

Experienced in account opening and maintenance coordination

• 有同時處理多家公司、多個賬戶資金操作經驗者優先

Experience managing payments and account operations for multiple entities and accounts in parallel preferred

溝通與客戶管理 Communication & Client Management：

• 具備對客溝通能力，能向客戶董事或財務主管說明權限安排、付款進度及暫停執行的原因，妥善管理客戶預期

Comfortable communicating with clients, able to explain authority arrangements, payment status and reasons for holding a transaction to client directors or finance heads, and manage expectations effectively

專業操守與細緻度 Professionalism & Attention to Detail：

• 照章執行、不越權，細緻嚴謹，能同時管理多家公司賬戶而不串賬、不出錯

Works strictly within authority, meticulous, able to manage multiple client accounts in parallel without confusion or errors

• 具備反洗錢與制裁篩查意識，保密意識強

Sound AML and sanctions screening awareness; strong sense of confidentiality

• 推動過操作流程或工具優化者優先

Experience driving process or tool improvements preferred

語言與到崗 Language & Availability：

• 中英文書面及口語流利，普通話必備，粵語者優先

Fluent written and spoken Chinese and English; Mandarin required; Cantonese a plus

• 即時到崗優先 Immediate availability highly preferred
