Treasury Section Manager

Location: Bangkok, Thailand (One Bangkok, Tower 3) or Prachinburi

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Treasury Manager to lead treasury operations and drive financial excellence across our organization. This role is responsible for overseeing cash flow management, liquidity planning, banking relationships, payment controls, credit facilities, corporate guarantees, and treasury system enhancement initiatives.

The successful candidate will play a critical role in strengthening financial governance, optimizing working capital, mitigating financial risks, and leading treasury digital transformation projects in collaboration with Finance and IT teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the company's treasury operations, ensuring effective liquidity and cash flow management.
• Oversee daily payment processes, fund transfers, and banking transactions while maintaining strong internal controls.
• Monitor cash positions and liquidity forecasts to support business operations and strategic financial planning.
• Manage credit facilities, corporate cards, emergency funding, and banking relationships.
• Supervise the administration, collection, custody, and release of Letters of Guarantee (L/G) and other financial securities.
• Review and approve bank reconciliation reports, treasury reports, and cash flow analyses.
• Partner with financial institutions to negotiate banking services, credit terms, and transaction fees.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate treasury-related financial risks.
• Lead treasury process improvement and digital transformation initiatives, including ERP integration, online banking platforms, and treasury management systems.
• Strengthen internal control frameworks, audit trails, and governance processes to minimize operational risks and improve compliance.
• Develop, coach, and lead a high-performing treasury team to achieve operational excellence.
• Collaborate closely with Finance, Accounting, Internal Audit, Procurement, and IT teams to support business objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.

• Minimum 3–7 years of experience in Treasury, Cash Management, Banking Operations, or Corporate Finance.

• Strong knowledge of:

  • Cash Flow Management
  • Bank Reconciliation
  • Liquidity Management
  • Financial Risk Management
  • Credit Facilities and Banking Operations
  • Letters of Guarantee (L/G)
  • Corporate Card Administration

• Hands-on experience with ERP systems, Treasury Management Systems, and Online Banking Platforms.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

• Proven ability to negotiate effectively with banks, financial institutions, and business partners.

• Experience in treasury system implementation or finance digitalization projects is highly preferred.

• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.

• Good command of written and spoken English.

• High level of integrity, accountability, and attention to detail.
