About the Role

We are seeking a finance professional with experience in financial analysis to oversee cash flow forecasting and optimization, investment allocation, and decision support.

In this role, you will provide accurate data and analytical insights to support operational decisions through cash flow projections, investment management, and cross-department collaboration, while continuously improving financial processes and internal controls.

Key Responsibilities

1. Cash Flow Forecasting & Optimization : Review and continuously optimize cash flow forecasting models to enhance funding efficiency, ensuring liquidity management is both agile and forward-looking.
2. Cross-functional Collaboration & Decision Support : Work closely with internal departments to provide precise reporting and analysis, supporting operational decision-making and management needs.
3. Treasury Investment Management : Oversee fixed deposits and short-term investment allocations to maximize returns on idle cash and overall investment effectiveness.
4. Internal Audit & Process Optimization : Participate in and drive internal audit processes, leading improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and strengthen internal controls.
5. PSP & Cash Flow Analysis Integration : Consolidate data from Payment Service Providers (PSPs) with cash flow analysis into regular management reports to support financial decision-making and treasury strategy formulation.

What We’re Looking For

1. Technical Proficiency : Expert in Excel functions (e.g., Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP), with strong capabilities in financial analysis and accounting procedures.
2. Professional Experience : 4+ years of finance-related experience; prior team management experience is highly preferred.
3. Core Competencies : Sharp numerical sense, rigorous logic, and a high degree of meticulousness and accountability.
4. Communication Skills : Native or Professional Fluency in Chinese. Excellent English communication skills, capable of fluent interaction with overseas partners.
