Treasury Settlement Specialist

Job Duties:

• Execute daily settlement operations for treasury products and handle related customer service.
• Provide operational support to the Treasury Markets Office (TMO), including document validation, discrepancy resolution, and liaison with the front office and customers regarding settlement inquiries.
• Maintain operational controls and ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
• Participate in system enhancement projects, including UAT testing and other ad-hoc assignments.
• Provide clerical and administrative support to the department.

Requirement:

• Higher diploma or above in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of settlement or related operations experience in banking or financial services.
• Knowledge of Treasury Products (including FX/MM, fixed income, OTC derivatives, etc.) would be an advantage.
• Independent, self-motivated, accountable, able to multi-task and work under pressure.
• Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel).
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua).
• Less experience will be considered for the position of Treasury Settlement Assistant Specialist.
